Who we are

El Juez Productions creates AI-assisted tarot and oracle content. We operate eljuezproductions.com and a network of associated YouTube channels.

What we collect

When you visit our site without making a purchase, we collect:

• Standard web analytics (page visits, referrer, approximate location, device type)
• Cookies necessary for the site to function

When you purchase a reading, we additionally collect:

• Your name (as you provide it during the reading flow)
• Email address
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not see or store full card numbers)
• The question or context you share with us during the intake process
• The cards drawn for your reading and the reading itself

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Deliver the reading you purchased
• Communicate with you about your order
• Improve our service over time, including (in anonymized form) for training and refining our AI models
• Comply with our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third parties we use

To operate the service, we share necessary information with:

• Anthropic — generates reading text. We send your intake answers and reading context to Anthropic's API. See anthropic.com/privacy.
• ElevenLabs — generates voiceover for video readings. We send reading text. See elevenlabs.io/privacy.
• Cloudflare — provides our domain, content delivery, and tunnel infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosts our website. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Resend — delivers email to you. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• YouTube / Google — hosts our videos and analytics. See policies.google.com/privacy.

Data retention

We retain your data indefinitely for operational, support, and product improvement purposes. We do this because reading content is part of the experience we provide and may be referenced for refunds, disputes, customer support, and improving our service.

If you would prefer that we delete your data, you can request deletion at any time by emailing eljuez@eljuezproductions.com. We will honor verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., financial records for tax purposes, which are kept for the period required by law).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your data, including:
