Refund Policy

Effective: April 27, 2026

We want you to be happy with your reading. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

7-day full refund

You may request a full refund of any reading purchase within 7 days of the original purchase date, for any reason or no reason.

To request a refund, email eljuez@eljuezproductions.com with:

• Your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
• The email address you used to make the purchase

We will process verified refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After 7 days

After 7 days, refunds are no longer offered as a matter of policy, but we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Email us if you believe your situation merits review.

Technical issues

If you experienced a technical problem that prevented you from receiving or accessing your reading, please contact us regardless of timing. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if appropriate, refund or replace the reading.
