El Juez Productions, operated as a sole proprietorship from Dallas, Texas, USA, provides AI-assisted tarot and oracle readings, related video content, and supplementary digital products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service or purchase any product. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our readings are offered for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight only. They are not professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice. They are not predictions of the future. They do not substitute for the judgment of qualified professionals.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on or after a reading.

Purchases

When you purchase a reading:

• Payment is processed by Stripe
• Delivery is electronic (video, transcript, and supporting files via web link and email)
• We aim to deliver readings within 10 minutes of payment, though this may occasionally take longer
• All sales are subject to our Refund Policy

Acceptable use

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with our service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our underlying systems
• Resell readings or pass them off as your own work
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

Your content

When you submit information for a reading (your question, name, context), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering your reading and improving our service.

Our content

The readings we deliver, the artwork we generate, the videos we produce, and the underlying systems we operate are our property or properly licensed. You receive a personal license to enjoy the reading you purchased. You may share your reading content for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., posting an image to your own social media). You may not resell, republish for commercial use, or claim authorship of our work.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or specific outcomes of any reading. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, El Juez Productions and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Texas.
